NATIONAL LAND USE ACT

The National Land Use Act will institutionalize land use and physical planning to better identify, determine, and evaluate the appropriate land use and allocation patterns in the country. If passed into law, it addresses the urgent need to allocate, utilize, manage, and develop land and other resources in a rational, holistic, and just manner.
